Pricing Questions
Can I combine services from different categories?
+Yes — and most clients do. Payroll + Pensions + Bookkeeping is our most common combination. Each service is priced separately so you only pay for what you use. Combined packages attract a small discount; ask us about bundle pricing on your discovery call.
What if my employee headcount grows mid-contract?
+No issue. We adjust your plan at the start of the following month. There are no penalty fees for growth — we just move you to the appropriate tier. This happens often and we make it seamless.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
+For most clients, no. Standard onboarding — including data migration, software setup, and system configuration — is included in the first month's fee. For complex migrations involving multiple years of historical data or multi-entity setups, a one-off onboarding fee may apply and will be stated clearly in your proposal.
Can I cancel at any time?
+Yes. All plans are rolling monthly with one month's notice to cancel. There are no lock-in periods, no cancellation penalties, and no exit fees. We operate this way because we believe clients should stay because the service is excellent — not because they're trapped.
Do prices include VAT?
+UK prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate will be added to invoices for UK-registered clients where applicable. US, Canadian, and Pakistani prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes. Your proposal will show the exact amount invoiced.
