NDA before access
A Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed before any system access is granted — on every engagement, regardless of client size or contract value.
VPN-secured working
All client system access is made through VPN-based connections only. No open or unsecured sessions. All work is done on managed, auditable devices.
Encrypted file transfers
All payroll data, employee records, and financial documents are transferred via encrypted channels only. No unencrypted email attachments for sensitive data.
Minimal access permissions
Each team member is granted only the permissions their specific role requires — no over-permissioning. Access is reviewed and revoked promptly when engagements change.
UK GDPR & ICO registered

Where exactly is the team based?
+Our certified professionals are based in Pakistan — specifically across Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. The company is registered and directed from the UK. All client-facing communication, account management, and delivery oversight is coordinated to align with your time zone and business hours.
How do you maintain quality with a remote team?
+Through structure, specialisation, and accountability. Every team member is qualified and specialised in their market. Every payroll run goes through a pre-approval check before submission. Every client has a named account manager who owns the quality of delivery. And every engagement has a written SLA that we hold ourselves to — not just a verbal commitment.
Do you work with accountants and auditors?
+Yes, and we actively support client relationships with external accountants and auditors. We prepare trial balances, payroll reconciliations, and supporting schedules in formats that make year-end audit and tax work straightforward. Many of our clients' accountants tell us our records make their job significantly easier.
How do we know our data won't be misused?

Can I speak to an existing client as a reference?
