A Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed before any system access is granted — on every engagement, regardless of client size or contract value.
All client system access is made through VPN-based connections only. No open or unsecured sessions. All work is done on managed, auditable devices.
All payroll data, employee records, and financial documents are transferred via encrypted channels only. No unencrypted email attachments for sensitive data.
Each team member is granted only the permissions their specific role requires — no over-permissioning. Access is reviewed and revoked promptly when engagements change.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and process all UK client data in full compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
